I’ve been a Pilates Teacher and studio owner for over 33 years. If you, like me, didn’t feel you needed one more prop or device to deal with feet, calves and balance, I call upon you to at least try the Minis on your own body. They are tremendous and have helped my Achilles tendinitis more than manual deep tissue work, the roller and yoga poses (like downward dog). If I were living on a deserted island, I would take my minis. That’s how useful they are. My clients concur and everyone who buys a pair of Minis actually ends up using them. They are a great invention! P.S. my son is an avid trail runner and used to have problems with his Achilles. He now uses the minis faithfully, ( he keeps a pair at home and at work) and as a result has much less painful feedback and has more joyful running.
